This Privacy Policy is an overview of how SPEEDY collects, uses, and processes the Customer personal data when the Customer uses our website https://speedy.io (the “Website”), our web application (the “Web App”) (both together: the “Services”). SPEEDY takes privacy and protection of Customer’s data very seriously and are committed to handling the personal information of those we engage with, whether customers, suppliers or colleagues responsibly and in a way that meets the legal requirements of the countries in which SPEEDY operates.

SPEEDY will only use the Customer personal data when legally permitted in the situations described below:
When the Customer sends the completed contact form (e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address) so that we can respond to the Customer contact request;
Where we need to perform the T&C between the SPEEDY and the Customer
Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and the Customer interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
2.2. Transfer of the Customer personal data
We use the Customer personal data only for the identified purposes and within the scope necessary for achieving these purposes. Transfer will only take place (if at all) with the statutory requirements. Transfers to public authorities and administrative bodies only take place within the scope of mandatory national legal provisions or if it is necessary in cases of abuse or fraud activities for civil and criminal enforcement. Transfer for other purposes – in particular for purposes of address dealing – is excluded.

We store the Customer personal data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected notwithstanding any statutory retention obligations.

The information SPEEDY receives and collect from prospects and the Customers is strictly related to the services we offer and execute. It is used primarily to understand how the Customer interacts with the Platform, improve our Website, ensure content is presented in the most effective way, communicate essential information about SPEEDY and the provided services and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Customer can disable cookies at any time by visiting the “settings” or “help” section of his/her browser. However, SPEEDY would like to expressly make Customer aware of the fact that some parts of this Website may possibly no longer function faultlessly without cookies.
2.5. No Warranties and Liability
SPEEDY does not represent or guarantee that the Website will be at all times available and that will fully meet your requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, that there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or losses of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to the Customer computer system. The Customer have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment and to take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other destructive properties.
